摘要
论文从四个方面分析了专业职称评定价值导向下的图书馆人才危机状况。(1)只为评职称写文章,导致图书馆人才的功利性十足;(2)必须是图书馆的专业文章,才有资格评图书馆的职称,导致对非图书馆专业背景的图书馆人才的不公和无用武之地;(3)图书馆的管理机制不利于人才成长,导致图书馆留不住人;(4)为评上职称和保住职称,各类图书馆文章铺天盖地,学风泛滥,导致图书馆人才的畸形发展。
This paper analyzes the situation of talents crisis of library under the values of professional title evaluation. First, to write the article only in order to comment the professional title, is sheer to cause library talents' utility; Second, it must be a specialized article about library which is qualified to comment the professional title of the library, causes unjust to those library talents who don't have professional back-ground of library and causes them not having ample scope for abilities; Third, the mechanism of library management is unfavorable to talents and their growing up, causes library not to keep people; Fourth, in order to comment the professional title and keep the professional title, the articles of all kinds of libraries covers the sky and the earth, the style of study overflows, causes the lopsided development of library talents.
