A Concise Introduction to the Development History of Wujiang Township Libraries

论文介绍吴江市(县)乡镇图书馆发展经历的三个阶段:从万册图书馆,到分馆模式,到"四位一体"的发展规划,重点介绍2011年3月启动的"四位一体"建设,即整合农家书屋、共享工程基层服务点、党员现代远程教育中心、乡村图书室(县级流动图书车服务点)资源,设立"农村公共信息服务中心",实现农村公共信息服务的全覆盖和普遍均等,保障公民的基本文化权利。

This paper introduces Wujiang＇s three stages of experience of libraries of villages and towns： From ten thousand libraries, the branch mode to the ＂four in one＂ development plan. It especially introduces ＂The four in one＂ construction which started in March of 2011, that is to combine farmers＇ study, basic unit of sharing project, modern tele-education centre of Party member, rural library （ service unit of mobile library van at county level ） resources, to set up ＂the rural service centre of public information＂, to realize completely covering rural public information service and general equality, so as to ensure the citizen＇s basic cultural right.
