摘要
引入资源整合能力作为知识创新能力与民营企业竞争优势之间关系的中介变量,提出知识创新能力转化为民营企业竞争优势的路径"知识创新能力—资源整合能力—竞争优势"。实证检验表明,知识创新能力是民营企业竞争优势形成的重要影响因素,但是知识创新所产生的成果不能自动转化为企业的竞争优势,企业必须通过有效的资源整合,才能把企业知识创新的成果运用于企业的经营活动,并最终形成企业的竞争优势。
This article introduces the resource integration capability as the mediator between competitive advantages of pri- vate enterprises and their knowledge innovation ability. And the author thinks that knowledge innovation ability helps pri- vate enterprise obtain competition advantages through the path of ＂ knowledge innovation -resources integration ability - competitive advantage. ＂ Empirical tests show that knowledge innovation ability is an important factor for private enterprise to win competitive advantage, but the results of knowledge innovation do not automatically transform into competitive advan- tage. Enterprises must, through effective resource integration, apply the results of knowledge innovation into business activ- ities, and finally acquire competitive advantage.
