中国纯电动车产业技术专利分析

The Patent Analysis for Pure Electric Vehicles Industry of China

通过对1990—2011年纯电动车专利数据进行统计和分析,在申请量与授权量的年度变化趋势、专利申请人地区分布、技术领域布局等方面进行分析,得出我国纯电动车专利布局的特征。并与在该技术领域上世界领先国家进行对比,表明我国纯电动车产业在不断发展,但从专利质量、自主研发能力等方面与世界领先国家还有一定差距,各公司应该根据自身条件有侧重点地发展纯电动车专利,提出公司与高校合作纯电动车专利技术,并通过参考国外的发展经验,建议配套设备与纯电动车专利技术共同发展。

This paper describes the features of patent layout of China＇ s pure electric vehicles, which is derived from the patent statistics of pure electric vehicle from 1990 to 2011, the annual trends of patent applications and patentees, the geo- graphical distribution of patent applications and the layout of patent domains. Through comparison of domestic and foreign, this paper also describes the current situation of China＇ s pure electric vehicle industry, which is still lagging behind the leading countries when it comes to patent quality and independent R ＆ D capability. Thus, companies ought to make full use of their own conditions, seek cooperation with colleges and universities and strive for the co - development of pure elec- tric vehicle patent technology and corollary equipment.
