摘要
采用2(信息类型:个体背景信息、价值取向信息)×2(匹配方式:高效价匹配、低效价匹配)的混合实验设计,探讨了决策者在职业决策即时情境中对不同效价信息匹配的觉知水平、信息搜集策略的应用以及职业选择行为。结果发现:(1)决策者对不同类型信息的觉知水平存在显著性差异,而且匹配方式也对信息觉知水平具有显著影响;(2)决策者在不同信息的不同效价匹配情境中决策策略的应用是不同的;(3)信息类型对决策行为存在显著性影响,而信息效价对决策行为的影响因信息的不同而不同。
This experiment adopts 2 (the type of information: individual background information and value orientating information) x2 (the way of matching: higher valence matching and lower valence matching) mixed design in or- der to discuss the decision-makers' awareness level to information in the different way of matching, the applica- tion of decision strategy and occupational option behavior in the instance career decision situation, the results show that: (1) there are significant difference in the awareness level to different type of information, and the level of awareness to information was affected by the way of matching; (2) the application of decision-making strategies are different in the instance situation; (3) the occupational decision behaviors were affected by the different type information, meanwhile the effect of information valence were vary with the change of different type information.
