摘要
分别采用命名任务和眼动技术进行了两项实验,考察成语是否存在具体性效应。实验为2(具体性:具体成语、抽象成语)×2(成语频率:高频、低频)的完全被试内设计。实验一的32名大学生被试的反应时数据显示,四字成语存在具体性效应,频率和具体性之间存在交互作用;实验二将成语放在句中进行自然阅读,并使用Eyelink-Ⅱ型眼动仪对被试的眼动数据进行采集。23名大学生被试的数据结果显示,具体性效应依然存在,且只出现在低频成语中。具体性效应发生在加工的早期和晚期阶段,成语的字面意义参与加工。
The present study explored whether there is concreteness effect in four-character Chinese idioms processing by using the naming task and eyemovement task. The result of the naming task (experiment 1) showed that there is concretenss effect in four-character Chinese idioms; In the experiment 2, we put the idioms into the sentences, and make the participants read naturally using EyeLink I1 eye tracker, the eyemovement data showed again that there is concreteness effect in four-character idioms but only in low frequency ones, that is, abstract low-frequen- cy four-character idioms need more fixation duration than concrete low-frequency four-character idioms, and the effect appeared at both early and late stage of processing. This result reveals that the concreteness is an impor- tant factor which influences the semantic processing of idioms.
