摘要
为了分析安装误差对非正交面齿轮传动接触轨迹的影响,建立了考虑轴交角、轴交错、轴向偏移3个安装误差的非正交面齿轮传动坐标系;推导了相应的接触轨迹方程;分析了不同轴交角时,安装误差对传动中非正交面齿轮接触轨迹的影响;得出轴交角误差和轴向偏移误差由正到负变化时,接触轨迹从非正交面齿轮的大端移向小端;轴交错误差从正到负变化时,接触轨迹从非正交面齿轮的小端移向大端。
For the purpose of analyzing the influence of assembly errors gears, the coordinate system is established which consider three errors: on contact trace of angular bevel face angle error, intersected axis error, axis shift error, the equation of contact trace is also derived, based on which the influence of assembly errors on contact trace of angular bevel face gears in different axis angle is analyzed. The results show that the contact trace moves from the big side to the small side of the angular bevel face gears when the angle error and axis shift error varies from positive to negative, and the contact trace moves from the small side to the big side when the axis shift error varies from positive to negative.
