摘要
针对各BOM数据之间信息交换和映射管理困难的问题,通过对产品制造过程与产品数据演变关系的分析,指出过程是产品数据演变的驱动力,并在此基础上提出了基于过程驱动的集成BOM数据管理体系。为满足产品制造全过程的数据需求和数据管理需求,通过对过程、产品状态及产品数据关系的研究,构建了面向产品制造全过程的基于过程驱动的集成信息模型。通过构建基于过程驱动的统一数据管理平台,实现对产品制造全过程的统一数据管理,并对基于过程信息的数据映射管理技术进行了研究。采用基于过程驱动的BOM数据管理方法,可以避免由于多种BOM数据并存而引起的各种信息管理问题,有效的保证产品数据的准确性和一致性。
Information exchange and mapping are difficult between BOMs which have different product structures and contents in manufacturing processes. To solve those problems, based on analyzing the relationship between the manufacturing process and product data's changing, a process driven integrated information management system is brought forward. In order to manage process information, a process driven integrated information model and an information management framework are established. The key technologies including process driven integrated information model, data mapping between process information and BOM data are discussed in detail. The process driven product data management system was developed, and the feasibility of the present method is verified.
