摘要
车削过程中的温度场和加工后零件表面的残余应力场对零件的疲劳性能有重要影响。依靠实验方法获取车削系统的温度场和残余应力场成本高,难度大。在商业有限元软件DEFORM-3D前处理器中建立了二次车削有限元模型,运用可靠的材料模型及切屑分离准则,合理施加温度、位移和速度边界条件,分析了车削速度、背吃刀量、进给速度等工艺参数对车削温度场和残余应力场的影响。
The Cutting temperature and surface residual stress affect enormously the fatigue property of work-peice. It is difficult and costly to analyze the temperature and residual stress field by using the experiment method. In this paper, the finite element model with two times cutting is established based on the DEFORM-3D Pre-processor. And, by using the material model and cutting separation principles, the reasonable temperature displacement and velocity boundary condition, the influence of the cutting speed, cutting depth, feed speed on the temperature and residual stress field were calculated. Those calculated results has great reference for studying the cutting process and optimizing the cutting method further.
