以自整定PID为核心算法的电子节气门系统的研制

摘要 提出了在电子节气门控制器中,应用自整定PID算法提高跟踪响应性;选用国产节气门电机,根据传动动力要求设计了节气门内部齿轮传动机构;选用光电编码器代替原有的接触电阻为位置反馈信号。通过仿真试验证明:油门踏板信号与节气门位置信号从踏入到回收整个过程匹配良好。通过内燃机台架试验证明:匹配所设计的电子节气门后,整体功率变化不大;低工况下的扭矩和燃油消耗率都得到改善;3种主要汽车排放物都得到不同程度的降低,但降低的趋势与工况有着较大的关系。 The self-turning PID algorithm in the electronic throttle controller was proposed to improve its control accuracy and response speed. The throttle motor which was made in China and the internal gear drive mechanism designed newly on the actual requirements were used. The optical encoder was selected as throttle position sensor, instead of original contact resistance, providing position feedback signals. Simula- tion results show that pedal position signals match well with the throttle position signals in whole stroke. Engine bench test proves that equipped with the designed electronic throttle, total engine power changes little. In low load region, torque and fuel consumption are improved. Three major emissions are decreased, but their trends depend on engine operating conditions greatly.
