摘要
提出了1种基于标识字的判缸传感器信号配置方法,通过对测取到的曲轴信号和凸轮轴信号进行进一步的软件配置,将位置标记以软件控制标识字的方式表达来实现判缸,通过ASCET嵌入式系统开发平台进行了程序设计和仿真,并进行了快速原型的台架试验。结果表明:基于控制标识字的高压共轨柴油机判缸传感器信号配置,降低了发动机信号盘安装时的复杂程度,提高了判缸速度和精度;通过标定,证明程序具有很好的移植性。
A signal configuration method about high pressure common rail diesel engine position deter mination sensor was brought forward. In order to fulfill engine position determination, the camshaft and crankshaft raw signals were configured for software and engine position marks were expressed with identifiation byte. The engine position determination program was designed and simulated in ASCET. Engine tests prove that the installing complexity of engine camshaft signal tray is reduced; rapidity and precision of engine position determination are improved. Have being calibrated, the program is of very good transplantation.
