基于国内外互连标准研究的储能站接入电力系统标准初探

Preliminary investigation on energy storage station connected with electric power system standard based on the study of interconnection standards at home and abroad

通过对现有的国际、国内互连标准的整理和研究,总结出了互连标准内容的一般框架:范围、一般要求、人身安全和设备保护要求、电能质量要求、分布式电源接入电网的性能要求,并对不同国家并网标准的主要内容作了对比分析。结合这些研究结果和储能站并网运行的自身特点,对储能站接入电力系统标准的主要内容进行了初步探索,为以后制定储能站并网标准提供了有益参考。

By the collection and studies of existing international and internal interconnection standards. The general content framework of these standards was concluded that： scope, general requirements,personnel and equipment safety, power quality ,performance requirement of distributed generation.with grid,and the comparison on the main contents of the standards at different countries. Based on the research results and considering of the characteristics of energy storage station, preliminary investigation on the contents of energy storage station connected with electric power system standard was studied ,which would provide some beneficial references for the standard making of energy storage station with grid.
