摘要
在生物柴油生产中,酸值(KOH)为100-150mg/g的地沟油等高酸价油脂预处理后剩余甲醇含有3%~5%的水。对于含水4%的甲醇,实验室合成的亲水性渗透汽化膜渗透通量为3.280kg/(h·m2),分离系数为88.9。文章以小试合成的渗透汽化膜为基础,做了处理量为250kg/h的甲醇精馏和渗透汽化提纯的能耗计算,渗透汽化膜分离法能耗是精馏法的27%。
After the pretreatment of high acid value oils such as trench oil with an acid value about KOH 100-150 mg/g for biodiesel production,the water content of the methanol is about 3%- 5%. The hydrophilic membrane synthesised in our laboratory can separate the water content of 4% methanol solution, which permeate flux is 3.280 kg/(h'm2)and separation coefficient is 88.9. Based on this membrane pervaporation activity,the energy consumption of 250 kg/h methanol distillation and pervaporation are calculated. The results showed that energy consumption of the pervaporation process is 27% of the distillation process.
