摘要
针对大体积混凝土承台施工过程中水泥水化热造成的内外温差问题,对采用布置冷却水管的混凝土温度场进行仿真分析研究。介绍了大体积混凝土施工中水化热分析的理论基础,并通过理论计算得到分析过程中所需的一些主要参数。结合工程实例,应用有限元软件MIDAS-CIVIL按照实际施工过程对大体积混凝土承台进行了全程水化热温度场的仿真分析,通过对比实测值和计算值,发现结果吻合较好,表明本文采用的仿真分析方法是可行的,可为同类工程仿真分析研究提供参考。
Aiming at the temperature difference created by hydration heat of cement between the inside and outside of the massive concerete bearing platform in construction period,the temperature field of concerete with cooling water pipe is simulated.Firstly,the theory foundation of hydration heat analysis and the method of some main parameter value are introduced.Then,based on the construction example,the whole journey hydration temperature field of mass concrete bearing platform is simulated with the finite element software MIDAS/Civil,and the analysis results coincide with the measured results perfectly.
