摘要
结合铁路同类货物装箱特征,综合考虑集装箱容积、载重量、重心与货物下部支撑等约束条件,构建以同类货物件数最大化为目标的同类货物装箱优化模型;采用松弛策略、两阶段法及二维布局算法,设计用于求解同类货物装箱最优方案的原始算法和基于5种方案改进策略的调整优化算法。实例表明:所提出的模型与算法可以满足同类货物装箱优化方案的要求,并通过与递阶优化算法的比较验证了其优越性与有效性,对铁路同类货物装箱优化具有一定的现实指导意义。
Railway goods loading proble,including goods packing and enough loading container,plays an important part in railway transportation.The aim is to maximize the load capacity and volume use of the goods train or the container to ensure the safe of the goods and transportation.Combining railway transportation conditions,practical situations and optimization model with the maximizing the number of one-kind-goods the containers packed as the target is built based on container volume,weight-carrying capacity,center of gravity and the holding power of the bottom goods.The two-stage algorithm,relaxation algorithm,two-dimensional layout algorithm and layer combination strategy are combined to design a primary algorithm,then,an improved optimal algorithm on the basis of five local improvement strategies are developed.The instance demonstrates that the algorithm is more effective than the hierarchic heuristic algorithm,and it has the practical significance on optimizing the railway one-kind-goods loading problem
