摘要
用生物活性法,检测人类疱疹病毒7型Glasgow株和南京地方株YY5及HHV-6GS株感染单个核细胞培养上清中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的水平。结果发现,HHV-7对也能较强地诱生TNF-α,但达到峰值时间(3~4d)迟于HHV-6GS株(2d);在感染24h上请中,GS株产生TNF-α量明显多于YY5株、Glasgow株产生量(P<0.05),三者与未感染单个核细胞比较都存在显著差异(P<0.05),但Glasgow珠和YY5株之间无差异(P>0.05)。结果表明,HHV-6、HHV-7都能通过刺激单个核细胞产生TNF-α而发挥免疫调节功能。
The production of tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-Q) induced by human herpesvirus7 (HHV-7) Glasgow strain and Nanjing local strain YY5 and HHV-6 GS strain in umbilical cordand pheripheral blood mononuclear cells cultures was studied by means of biological activity assay.It was observed that HHV-7 is another strong inducer of TNFQ. HHV-7-infected culturesreached the maximal level of TNF-α at 3 to 4 days postinfection, which is later than that of HHV6 (2 days Postinfection). Compared with HHV-6, the amounts of TNF-Q in HHV-7-infected cultures are smaller at 24 h postinfection (P<0. 05), but the amounts of them are all higher thanthat of uninfected cells (P<0.05), and there is no difference between Glasgow and YY5 strain(P>0.05). These results indicated that HHV-6 and HHV-7 can exert immunomodulatory bystimulating the CBMCs to produce TNF-α.
