摘要 目的从人口和地理角度评价山西省妇幼保健机构卫生人力资源配置公平性。方法通过2009年山西省妇幼保健机构监测获得基础数据,用Lorenz曲线及Gini系数对卫生人力资源配置公平性进行评价。结果山西省妇幼保健机构卫生人力资源配置存在区域性差异,护士比例偏低,保健人员偏少,人口公平性优于地理公平性。结论山西省妇幼保健机构卫生服务人力资源配置公平性总体值得肯定,但人力资源结构尚有待优化调整,地理公平性需引起重视。 Objective To evaluate the equity of human resource allocation of MCH institutions to the demography and geography in Shanxi Province. Methods Collected date based on monitor to MCH institutions in Shanxi province in 2009, Lorenz curve and Gini coefficient were applied to evaluate the equity. Results There is a regional difference of human resources allocation of MCH institutions. The proportion of nurses is the lowest. The number of health workers is too few. The demographic equity is better than the geographic equity. Conclusion The MCH institutions human resources allocation of Shanxi province is commendable as a whole, but still needs some optimal adjustments, the policy-makers need to pav more attention to the georaphic equity.
