摘要
阐述了通过添加多组分复合添加剂在中性环境下可控制备异型纳米AlOOH的工艺优化过程,重点分析了多组分添加剂体系中的晶体生长机理。根据离子配位原理,推导出复合聚集体的存在形式,构建了极性离子条件下的AlOOH"复合生长基元"模型,揭示了极性离子在晶体生长过程中的定向诱导作用,以及非极性添加剂对晶体生长过程中的修复美容作用。
This paper introduced the optimized industrial process for controllable preparation of nano-A1OOH of different morphologies under neutral environment by adding multi-component composite additive,and focused on analyzing the crystal growth mechanism in multi-component composite additive system to formulate the existing form of composite congeries according to ion coordination principle,construct the composite growth unit mode of A1OOH under polar ion environment,and reveal the orient induction of polar ion during crystal growth process and the repair function of non-polar additive in crystal growth.
