产学研创新组织种群行为及衍生机制 被引量:5

Population Behavior of Industry-Academia-Research Innovation Organization from the Point of Symbiosis

摘要 产学研联盟是一种以知识技术关联为基础,以地理靠近为特征,由相互作用、相互依存的创新组织有机构成的"生态群落"。本文以生态学和系统科学理论为基础,运用技术创新组织共生理论和组织生态学种群增长理论,研究产学研创新组织种群特征、种群行为过程及种群共生演化,通过对新竹科学工业园的调研考察,提出了产学研联盟的种群共生治理的基本思路。 Industry-Academia-Research Alliance is an "ecological communities" which is based on technology, close to the geography, and is an organic composition of innovative organizations. The paper makes use of ecology and systems science theory, technology innovation organization theory, organizational ecology symbiotic theory of population growth, to study population characteristics, population dynamics and population behavior process of Industry-Academia-Research. Finally, the paper puts forward the basic idea of behavior management of population of Industry-Academia-Research alliances
