教师对教育信息技术的采纳行为研究——基于TAM的扩展 被引量:9

摘要 在技术接受模型、创新扩散理论及其相关研究的基础上,提出一个教育信息技术个体采纳行为模型,利用国内四所不同类型高校教师网络教学采纳情况数据,对模型进行了检验分析。研究结果显示:教师对一项教育信息技术的持续使用意向决定着其使用水平,即持续使用意向越强烈,使用水平越高。对于正式使用的教师来说,他们对教育技术的相容性感知和有用性感知直接正向影响其持续使用意向,而对试验使用的教师来说,只有相容性感知直接正向影响其持续使用意向。易用性感知不直接影响教师对一项教育信息技术的持续使用意向,但会直接正向影响有用性感知。
