体育高职院校人才培养工作是一项系统工程,要求国家、行业、企业、体育高职院校等各方面力量在校企合作管理平台构建的基础上形成合力,以专业建设平台的构建为核心,结合社会服务平台,建设具有体育高职教育特色的发展模式,培养为体育事业和体育产业服务的能够满足生产、管理、服务等一线需求的高端技能型体育人才。

Sports talent cultivation in vocational colleges is a systematic project, which requires the resultant force from nation, industry, business, sports and other aspects of power in Higher Vocational Colleges. Based on the platform construction of cooperation between school and enterprise management, using the professional construction as the core, combined with social service, the development mode of sports culture is constructed with the characteristics of higher vocational education. Cultivation of sports and sports industry service can meet with the production, management, service demand for high-end skills talents.
