摘要
采用微生物法制备L-半胱氨酸,产物浓度低、易氧化和被脱巯基酶进一步分解,L-半胱氨酸的分离提纯难度较大,是制约产品收率提高的控制步骤.目前多采用将L-半胱氨酸氧化为L-胱氨酸,分离后再电解还原的氧化法和离子交换法,离子交换法以其简洁的工艺成为今后的研究方向.
The concentration of L-cysteine from microbial conversion is low. L-cysteine is easily oxidized and can be degraded by desullfhydrase. The separation and purification of L-cysteine is the critical process in the prodction of L-cysteine. The oxidation and ion exchange methods in microbial conversion are introduced and discussed.
