摘要
通过对我国改革开放以来粮食数据进行分析,指出我国粮食市场存在"逆调节"现象,综合考虑粮食生产、消费、库存和进出口等特征,重新界定粮食进出口"逆调节"含义,分析其发展状况,并提出了相关对策建议.
Analyzing the grain data since the reform and opening in China, this paper points out that the ＂reverse regulation＂ phenomenon has been existing in the grain market. This paper researches on the characteristic of the grain＇s production, consumption, inventory and import ＆ export, and redefines the grain import ＆ export＂reverse regulation＂. Studying its development process, some corresponding countermeasures are introduced.
