摘要
摆线三螺杆泵的密封条件之一是衬套的长度必须满足最小工作的长度,才能将吸入腔和排出腔严密地隔开。通过接触线方程推导了衬套最小工作长度应满足的条件,并给出了不同密封腔的三维图形,可作为正确确定衬套长度,分析泵的瞬时流量、压力分布和容积效率等的理论依据。
One of the conditions for sealing in three screw pump with cycloid profiles was that the length of case must not be less than the minimum working length,so that the suction and discharge chamber could be separated strictly.This study deduced the conditions from the equation of meshing that the length of case must meet,and gave the three dimensional graph of different sealing chamber.This study provided the theoretical basis for correct determination of case length,analysis of the instantaneous flow rate,pressure distribution and volumetric efficiency in three screw pump.
