摘要 压电式阀门定位器以其低耗气量以及低耗电量,被广泛应用于气动调节阀中。分析比例式压电阀的特性,在一定电压范围内,其进气口和排气口随着控制电压的不同而呈现出不同的开口大小。针对阀的这种特性,并考虑到气动执行机构的非线性,提出了一种控制算法,并且给出控制过程中所需参数的整定步骤与方法。利用dSPACE系统作为开发平台,并配合相应的外围电路,实现了本控制算法。在不同类型的气动执行机构上进行控制实验,控制过程中均无超调,调节时间较快,控制精度较高。 Piezoelectric valve positioner is widely used in pneumatic control valve because of its low air consumption and low power consumption. Some characteristics of the proportional piezoelectric valve are analyzed in this paper. When the control voltage is in some extent, the air supply opening and air exhaust opening are different as the control voltage. According to the characteristics of proportional piezoelectric valve and nonlinear of pneumatic executive body, one kind of control algorithm is proposed. The tuning steps and method of the needed parameters during the control process are present, dSPACE is used as a development platform and the corresponding peripheral circuit is developed to implement the control algorithm. The control experiments are performed for different types of pneumatic executive bodies The results show that there is no overshoot, the adjustment time is short, and the control accuracy is high.
