中国与日本城市副中心区位发展模式之比较

The Comparison of the Development Mode of Sub-center in China and Japan

随着中国经济的快速发展,城市发展模式逐渐出现从单中心向多中心的转变势头,但是从目前已经规划发展了副中心的城市来看,很多副中心存在一个共同的问题,就是城市副中心的区位职能单一化,并由此带来了一系列的问题。通过对我国现有城市副中心的分析,并对日本东京新宿副中心的良好发展经验进行思考,提出我国多中心城市副中心规划的一些意见和建议。

Along with the rapid development of China economy, urban space structure develops from mono-centric to poly-centric gradually. However, from the cities which have developed sub-centre, there is a common problem that the local function of sub-centre is simplex, and brings about a series of problems. This paper carries on a brief analysis to the existing sub-centre, and through the consideration of the development experience of sub-centre of Tokyo, presented some comments and suggestions to poly-centric urban planning in China.
