钢轨焊接接头感应正火作业车的研制

Development of the heat treatment vehicle for induction normalizing operation of rail welding joint

钢轨焊接接头感应正火作业车是为满足客运专线和高速铁路等高标准无缝线路建设和改造而研发的大型专用机械。文中主要介绍了整车的技术性能、总体设计、关键部件设计、设计方法及特点。试验结果表明,该车自动化程度高,提高了作业效率,保证了钢轨焊接接头正火质量的稳定性,满足铁标规定的质量要求。

Heat treatment vehicles for induction normalizing operation of rail welding joint are large - sized dedicated machinery developed for the construction and renovation of high level continuously welded rail track for passenger - dedicated railway line and high speed railway. Technical features and overall design of the whole car, design and characteristics of key parts are presented in this paper. Testing results indicate that this highly automatic and efficient vehicle guarantees a consistent normalizing quality of rail welding joints and satisfies the quality requirements specified in railway standards
