饥饿和再投喂对草鱼鱼种生物化学组成的影响 被引量:103

摘要 分析了饥饿15天和再投喂21天的草鱼鱼种肝脏和肌肉生物化学组成的变化。结果表明:(1)饥饿降低白肌RNA/DNA比值、蛋白质含量和肝脏RNA/DNA比值,使肝脏蛋白质含量升高。再投喂后,肝脏RNA/DNA比值、蛋白质含量和白蛋白质含量均恢复至正常投喂组水平,白肌RNA/DNA比值升高并显著高于正常投喂组水平;(2)饥饿状态下,肝脏和肌肉的脂类含量降低,水含量升高;再投喂后,肝脏和肌肉的脂类含量升高并高于正常投喂组水平,而水含量降低,并低于正常投喂组水平;(3)饥饿草鱼鱼种的肝糖原含量和白肌糖原含量均低于正常投喂组;再投喂后肝糖原和白肌糖原含量均迅速恢复至正常投喂组水平。 The effect of starvation and subsequent refeeding on biochemical composition of liver and muscle in Grass carp fingerling were examined, and the following conclusions were obtained.1. Starved Grass carp fingerling had lower liver and white muscle RNA/DNA ratio, as well as white muscle protein contents than the fed controls. After refeeding, the RNA/DNA ratio and protein contents in liver and white muscle were recovered to the levels of fed controls.2. Starvation decreased muscle and liver lipid contents but increased their water content. Re feeding increased muscle and liver lipid contents but decreased their water content.3. Glycogen contents in liver and white muscle were rapidly decreased during starvation and recovered and increased significantly after re feeding.
