摘要
高职校园文化是一种教育文化,企业文化是一种实践文化,两者之间存在着明显的差异。在高职校园内营造浓厚的企业文化氛围,在文化范畴上实现校企的对接和交融,为校企全方位的对接和交融奠定基础,有助于高职毕业生步入企业后,较快适应企业的管理方式方法,更好地服务于企业,从而提高高职学生的就业竞争力。为此,可以通过加强专业教育与企业实际的对接、搭建校企文化交流合作平台、将企业文化元素融入各类学生活动等措施,来营造高职校园企业文化氛围。
College campus culture is obviously different from enterprise culture,the former representing educational culture,while the latter representing practice cultures. The creation of campus enterprise culture atmosphere in vocational colleges contributes to college-enterprise consistency and integration,which helps students to get geared to the corporate management and better serve enterprises, and in turn, improve their employment competitiveness. Accordingly, campus enterprise culture atmosphere in vocational colleges should be established by implementing eight measures as follows:Strengthening the consistency of professional education with enterprise actual situations, constructing college-enterprise platform for cultural exchange and cooperation, integrating corporate culture into in various activities for students and so on.
