摘要
用鹿茸醇提物对环磷酰胺诱导的白细胞减少动物模型进行灌胃实验。实验结果表明 :鹿茸醇提物对环磷酰胺所诱导的小鼠白细胞减少。

Thealcoholextractofpiloseantler (AEPA)wasgivenorallytotheanimalmodelofthedecreasing leukopeniainducedbyCyclophosphamide (CP) .TheexperimentalresultsshowedthattheamountsofWhiteBloodCellsin themiceinducedbyCPwasdecreased ,sodidtheamountsofthebonemarrowcellwithnucleusinthemiceinducedbyCP , andAEPAexertedasignificantprotectiveactiontotheeffectsofCPonthemice.
