摘要
飞机防滑刹车控制器是飞机制动系统的核心部件。装机前对它进行离线测试能够为它装机后的正常运行提供重要保障,从而极大地降低它的装机成本。描述了一种针对该控制器,基于ATmega16的离线测试系统的原理以及实现方法。核心思想为将模拟出的飞机刹车过程中的各种物理量施加在控制器上,完成相关功能测试,再利用LabVIEW软件开发平台实现对测试数据的接收、处理和显示,为控制器提供了一套有效的检测手段。
The skid-proof braking controller is a core part for aircraft braking system.Off-line test before installation can provide an important guarantee for the normal operation,thus greatly reducing the cost of its installation.The principle and realization of the off-line test system based on ATmega16 for the controller are discussed.Simulating the process of aircraft braking and applying the control of various physical variables to complete the relevant functional testing.By using the LabVIEW software development platform to achieve the test data receiving,processing and display,which provide a set of effective detection means for controller.
