摘要
针对精确非连续输送工况下多层结构透明薄膜半切切痕检测的需求,提出了一种基于暗场照明的视觉系统设计方案。采用两组平行光以低角度入射使切痕获得均匀光照,通过CCD获取薄膜反射与漫射所形成的清晰图像,直线拟合出的切痕即可用于评定薄膜输送的定位精度,并计算出下次进给步长的补偿值。该方案达到了多层透明膜精确非连续输送中定位检测的目的,结构简单,便于实现,已用于燃料电池膜电极生产装备中。
A new visual scheme based on dark field illumination theory is proposed for the requirement of half-die-cutting indentations detection on the multilayer transparent film,which can be used in flexible film discontinuous transportation systems for precise position control.Two groups of parallel light are involved to illuminate the indentations at a low angle to ensure that clear CCD images can be obtained in reflection and diffuse homogeneous lights.The fit-line of indentations can be used to evaluate the film conveying positioning accuracy and calculate the compensation of next step.The scheme can achieve the target of position controlled by detecting the indentation in multilayer transparent film discontinuous transportation system.It is convenient enough to be implemented in the manufacturing process and already used for the membrane electrode assembly of the fuel cell production equipment.
