摘要
结合哈密电网运行现状,从保证电力供应、电网安全稳定性的角度,对鲁能哈密电厂关停后对哈密电网影响进行了深入分析讨论,并针对存在问题提出相应的措施和建议。对于保证哈密电网安全稳定运行有较强的指导意义,同时提出了节能减排关停小机组工作的实施过程中,相关电网应关注方面和注意的问题,对于相关工作开展有一定的借鉴和指导作用。
According to the actual operating condition of Hami Power Grid, a systematic analysis on the potential influence of shutdown program on power grid is described in detail. The corresponding solutions and recommendations are also proposed to offset the bad effect of shutdown program. The proposed solutions provide an instructive guidance to the related work in the implementation of shutdown program of small generator set in the future.
