摘要
本文主要围绕高校新闻发言人制度的构建问题,通过对其必要性和重要性、当前存在的问题,以及如何构建等方面进行了分析与探讨,提出了诸多新的观点与思考,希望能对高校的信息发布机制乃至民主建设有所启示。
In this paper, the author analyses the necessity and importance of establishing spokesman system in universities and its current problems, and also makes a valuable probe on how to establish it. The author puts forward some new ideas and thinking, and hopes to have implications for information dissemination mechanism in universities as well as for democracy construction.
