和谐社会进程中发展慈善事业再思考

On development of philanthropy during the process of constructing harmonious society

慈善事业发展得好坏影响着和谐社会的构建。目前慈善事业发展过程中存在着公民慈善意识较差、慈善立法缺失、慈善捐赠不足、慈善组织发展不完善等问题。推动慈善事业健康发展,构建和谐社会需要从培养慈善意识、加快慈善立法、规范慈善行为、建立多元化筹资目标和方式、加强慈善组织自身建设等方面着手。

The philanthropy development closely relates to the construction of harmonious society.At present,as for the philanthropy,there are problems of poor charity awareness among common people,lack of charity legislation,inadequate donation and unperfected development.Therefore,to promote the healthy development of philanthropy and construct a harmonious society,it shall start out to cultivate charity awareness,accelerate the charity legislation,regulate charity behaviors,develop diversified fund-raising objectives and modes and intensify the self-improvement of charity organization.
