摘要
实施教师岗位津贴是高校人事分配制度改革的重要内容,也是高校因应内外部环境变化以及人才市场竞争而进行的校内分配制度改革。近年来,虽然高校教师岗位津贴制度改革起到了激发教师潜能、推进学校改革与发展的积极作用,但在实践中也面临着不少矛盾和困境。当务之急是争取政策支持、科学设岗、完善考核评价机制和延期分配机制,为教师岗位津贴分配制度顺利实施创设良好的制度环境。
The implementation of teachers post allowance is an important part of college reform of personel distribution system.It is also the internal reform of distribution system to cater for the changes both come from the inner and outside environment and the talent market's competition.Recently,however,the distribution system play a positive role in stimulating teachers' potential and promoting reform and development,it faces contradiction and difficulties in practice.Priority is for policy support,improving assessment mechanism in order to offer a good institutional environment to guarantee the impemention of teachers post allowance distribution system.
