Analysis and Discussion of Optimization of Non-periodicals Foreign Documentary Ordering in Library of CAAS

在分析了中国农业科学院图书馆国外科技文献订购及到货现状的基础上,从优化本馆文献订购模式、完善文献到货催缺制度、加强相关制度落实等角度,探讨了有效提高农业及相关学科国外科技文献订到率、到货率、到全率及保障能力的方法。

Based on the analysis of foreign scientific documentary ordering and situations of documentary delivery in library of CAAS,from the aspects of optimizing the documentary ordering model,improving the documentary arrival urging regime and strengthening the correlated rules carrying out,the methods for improving the ordering rate,arrival rate and full rate and safeguard capacity of foreign scientific documentary of agriculture and correlated subjects were discussed.
