摘要
结合河北联合大学图书的实际情况,分析了预约服务失效的原因,对提高预约服务的准确性、有效性和读者满意度为目标提出了对策和建议。
In this article,combined with the reality of library,the reasons of appointment service failure were analyzed,and the countermeasures and suggestions on improving the accuracy,efficiency and satisfaction in pre-ordered books service were proposed.
