原位杂交检测砷角化病表皮P^(16)基因的表达

Expression of the tumor suppressor gene P^(16 ) in arsenic keratosis by hybridization in situ

目的 :探讨砷角化病易癌变与抑癌基因P16 的关系。方法 :采用原位杂交方法检测砷角化病皮损表皮细胞P16 基因的表达。结果 :3 8例砷角化病皮损有 2 1例呈强阳性表达 ,1 7例呈弱阳性表达。结论 :砷角化病有P16 基因的表达异常 ,提示在砷角化病癌变过程中P16 基因的表达异常可能起一定作用。

Objective:To observe the relationship between tumor suppressor gene P 16 and arsenic keratosis inclined to cancer.Method:The expression of gene P 16 in thirty eight arsenic keratosis was studied by hybridization in situ.Results:Among thirty eight arsenic keratosis,there were 21 cases of positive expression and 17 cases of weak positive expression.Conclusion:These results indicate that gene P 16 might be associated with the process of arsenic keratosis developing to cancer.
