目的 :鉴于肌袢腘静脉外瓣膜成形术治疗下肢深静脉功能不全 ,常存在着成形肌袢长度不足和成结卡压等缺点 ,以及硅胶管植入成瓣容易引起排斥反应和局部感染 ,造成副损伤及手术疗效欠佳。方法 :采用自体阔筋膜材料取代肌袢和硅胶管行腘静脉外瓣膜成形术。结果 :经动物试验 76条肢体和临床研究 1 0 0条肢体取得成功。结论
