The Establishment and Screening of the Panel Cell Erythrocyte Reagent

目的 :通过对献血员和部分血站职工及团体普查Rh、Duffy、Kidd等 1 2个血型系统抗原 ,筛选和建立红细胞谱细胞。方法 :采用盐水法、木瓜酶法、间接Coombs法及中和、吸收、放散等试验。结果 :筛出 9个组O型Rh表型 (R1R1、R2 R2 、R1R2 、R1r、R2 r、R1Rz、R2 Rz、rr、rr' )和 2 9种抗原 (D、C、E、c、e、Cw、M、N、S、s、P1、Lea、Leb、K、k、Kpa、Kpb、Kpc、JSa、JSb、Fya、Fyb、Dia、Xga、Lua、Lub、JKa、JKb、Jra)。结论 :红细胞谱细胞组合的质量指标 。

Objective:To establish and sieve the panel cell of red blood cell.Method:Using saline, papase and indirect antihuman globulin method.Result:Twenty nine types blood group antigens(D,C,E,c,e,C w,M,N,S,s,P 1,Le a,Le b,K,k,Kp a,Kp b,Kp c,JS a,Js b,Fy a,Fy b,Di a,Xg a,Lu a,Lu b,Jk a,Jk b、Jr a)and nine groups O type RBC Phenotypes (R 1R 1,R 2R 2,R 1R 2,R 1r,R 2r,R 1R z,R 2R z、rr,rr')were screened out.Conclusion:The quality index of compose of panel cell erythrocyte. It is in accord with probability demands. [
