中医药防治肝纤维化

Review of prophylaxis and treatment of Chinese medicine on liver fibrosis

肝纤维化是各种病因所致肝损伤的代偿性修复反应,表现为肝内纤维结缔组织增生与沉积,是多种慢性肝病共有的病理过程。尽管中西医对肝纤维化的认识各有异同,但阻断肝纤维化的发生和发展具有重要意义。目前,利用现代医学的方法对肝纤维化发生的机制及诊断研究取得了许多重要的进展,而利用中医药的理论和方法,对肝纤维化的防治也取得了显著的成绩并引起了西方医学的广泛关注。文章在此领域进行述评,并提出今后的防治展望。

Liver fibrosis is caused by a variety of compensatory repair response,manifested as proliferation of fibrous connective tissue and the deposition of liver which are the mutual pathological processes of a variety of chronic liver diseases.Although understanding of liver fibrosis in the Western and Chinese medicine have similarities and differences,preventiion of the development and progress of liver fibrosis is very important.Currently,using the method of modern medicine in research on mechanism and diagnosis of liver fibrosis has been made important progress,and use of traditional Chinese medicine theory and method on the prevention and control of liver fibrosis have also made significant achievements and caused the attention of western medicine.
