小柴胡汤是张仲景创立的经典名方,在《伤寒论》中是治少阳病的主方。历代医家多认为"口苦、咽干、目眩、往来寒热、胸胁苦满、嘿嘿不欲饮食、心烦喜呕"七大症为小柴胡汤的主症。尽管主治症情纷繁,但小柴胡汤终归以和解少阳为主旨,只要证属少阳经脉脏腑功能失调,"便可但见一症,不必悉具"。张仲景创小柴胡汤以辛开苦降、补虚泻实为宗旨达到燮理少阳,调和枢机之目的。文章列举临床运用小柴胡汤治疗郁证、舌头灼热、面瘫验案3则。
