黄连温胆汤用于心内科疾病异病同治的体会

Instance of Huanglian Wendan Decoction used in treating different cardiology diseases

心内科疾病是内伤杂病的一部分,从"痰"论治是非常重要的方法,近来"痰"证化热有逐渐增多的趋势。温胆汤和黄连温胆汤均可治"痰热"证,但是后者清热和行气导滞的作用更强。文章选择了笔者在临证中使用黄连温胆汤的3个典型病例,剖析了辨证施治的具体过程,从而让读者了解在心内科疾病的治疗中准确选用黄连温胆汤的临证辨证要点,体会黄连温胆汤用于心内科疾病异病同治的精妙。

Cardiology disease is a part of the miscellaneous diseases,treatment based on ＂phlegm＂ is a very important method,recently,there is a gradually increasing trend of syndrome of phlegm turning to heat.Both the Wendan Decoction and Huanglian Wendan Decoction can cure syndrome of phlegm-heat,but the later one is more effective in clearing heat and activating qi for removing stagnation.This paper chooses three classic cases in clinical,analyzes the concrete process of treatment based on syndrome differentiation,so that made everyone understand the differentiation guidelines of choosing Huanglian Wendan Decoction in treating Cardiology disease,and the exquisite of using Huanglian Wendan Decoction to treat heart different Cardiology diseases with same method.
