针灸治疗原发性高血压病临床研究进展

Research progress of clinical studies on essential hypertension treated by acupuncture

对近3年来针灸治疗原发性高血压病中操作规范、疗效确切的临床研究进行概述,主要有毫针刺、灸法、耳尖放血、头针、电针及综合疗法。研究发现针灸疗法疗效确切、独具优势,但缺乏高质量多中心随机对照研究、远期疗效随访少、中医症候分型不一、主穴不明、选穴较多等仍是目前亟待解决的问题。

The clinical researches on the acupuncture treatment of essential hypertension in the latest 3 years were reviewed;There were many ways,such as filiform needling,moxibustion,blood letting in ear apex,scalp acupuncture,electroacupuncture and comprehensive therapies.The efficacy of the acupuncture on essential hypertension is effective.However,there are still some problems of the researches,such as lack of randomized controlled trials and long-term follow-up,inconsistent TCM syndromes and points selection.
