摘要
目的:观察山楂叶提取物(HLE)对非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)和酒精性脂肪肝病(AFLD)大鼠的治疗作用。方法:分别采用灌胃脂肪乳剂和酒精两种方法复制NAFLD和AFLD大鼠模型,造模成功后施加低、高不同剂量的HLE进行治疗,分别以东宝肝秦片和联苯双酯滴丸作为阳性对照药,观察其对血清肝酶活性和肝脏组织病理学改变的影响。结果:与模型组比较,山楂叶取物能明显降低实验大鼠血清中总胆固醇(CHOL)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)的含量,升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的含量(P<0.05,P<0.01);此外,HLE可改善肝脏的病理损害,其高、低剂量组的药效作用强度有一定的量效关系。结论:HLE可降低脂肪肝大鼠的血脂,保护肝功能,从而起到治疗大鼠脂肪肝的作用。
Objective: To explore the effect of the extract of the Leaves of Crataegus pinnatifi da Bge. var. major (HLE) on non-alcoholic fatty liver (NAFLD) and alcoholic fatty liver (AFLD) in rats. Methods: A model of hyperlipemia and alcoholic fatty live of rat was established by gastric lipid emulsion and alcohol administration to study the pharmacological function of HLE. After two models were well done, immediately, the HLE in low and high dosages were given to the different two models for the treatment of the disease. Dong-bao Gan-tai tablet and Lian-ben Shuang-zhi pellet were as contro1 groups, respectively. And then observe hepat-enzymatic activity serum and liver histopathology change. Results: Compared with model group, a signifi cant increase of LDL-C and decreases of HDL-C, CHOL, TG, ALT and AST were observed (P0.05, P0.01). Furthermore, the group of HLE can improve the pathological damage, and presents a defi nitive dose dependence relationship in drug action among the different dosages. Conclusion: The results demonstrated that HLE was beneficial to the treatment of fatty liver through reducing blood lipid and improving the liver functions in rats.
