京万红膏和玉红膏在治疗糖尿病足湿性坏疽中的疗效对比

Efficacy of Jingwanhong Ointment compared with Yuhong Ointment in treating on diabetic foot moist gangrene

目的:比较京万红膏和玉红膏在治疗糖尿病足中去腐生肌作用的临床效果。方法:120例糖尿病足湿性坏疽患者随机分成2组,A组使用京万红膏,根据患者伤口面积给予外敷包扎1次/日。B组使用玉红膏,换药方法及频次同A组。结果:两组在达到祛除局部伤口内坏死组织的时间方面比较差异无统计学意义,但B组患者的疼痛主诉多于A组(P<0.05)。结论:玉红膏及京万红膏在治疗糖尿病足湿性坏疽中达到去腐生肌目的的时间上基本相同,但使用京万红膏可明显降低患者局部伤口的疼痛感。

Object： To compare of efficacy of Jingwanhong Ointment and Yuhong Ointment in moist gangrene of diabetic foot（DF）.Methods： One hundred and eighty patients with DF were divided into two groups randomly.Group A were treated by Jingwanhong Ointment,and group B received Yuhong Ointment.Results： The time of remove necrotic tissue of group A and group B without statistical differences,but compare these two groups,group A is more less than group B in the rate of pain,which had statistical differences.Conclusion： In the point time of remove necrotic tissue,Jingwanhong Ointment＇s efficacy is almost the same of Yuhong Ointment＇s,but Jingwanhong Ointment can obviously definey patients＇ pain.
