摘要
以亚麻油为原料,丙三醇为溶剂,通过碱(KOH)催化异构化法制备共轭亚麻酸。产物采用UV、FT-IR、GC和GC-MS进行分析及表征。考察了碱与溶剂用量对亚麻油共轭化的影响、反应时间与反应温度,确定了亚麻油异构化最佳工艺参数。结果表明,当反应温度为180℃,反应时间为120min,碱油比(mA∶mO)与溶剂油比(VS∶mO)分别为1.0和10时,共轭亚麻酸的收率可达74.5%。从实际应用和运行成本考虑,长时间而低强度的处理都能够达到较为理想的效果。
Conjugated linolenic acids were prepared by alkali isomerization using linseed oil as raw material,KOH as catalyst,and glycerol as solvent.The products were characterized by gas chromatography,FT-IR,UV absorption spectra and GC-MS.The maximum yield of 74.5% was obtained when alkali/oil ratio was 1.0 and solvent/oil ratio was 10 at 180 ℃ for 120 min.
