摘要
以自制的十二烷基磺酸铁作为催化剂,对由苯甲醛和乙二醇为原料合成苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛的反应进行了研究,分别考察了醛醇比、催化剂用量、带水剂用量、反应时间等因素对苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛收率的影响。反应的优化条件为:n(苯甲醛)∶n(乙二醇)=1.0∶1.3,催化剂的用量占反应物总质量的1.6%,环己烷作为带水剂,反应时间是90min。在此条件下,苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛的收率可达82.42%。测得产品的折光率n2D0=1.526 4,并采用红外光谱对其结构进行了表征。实验结果表明,十二烷基磺酸铁是合成苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛的良好催化剂,后处理简单,无污染,具有绿色合成的特点。
Benzaldehyde glycol acetal was synthesized using benzaldehyde and glycol as initial reagent in the presence of Ferric tri(dodecanesulfonate).The optimized conditions were investigated respectively the results are as follows: mole ratio of benzaldehyde to glycol is 1.0∶1.3,the amount of catalyst is 1.6% of feed stocks,cyclohexane is used as water-carrying agent,and the reaction time is 90 min.Under such conditions,an 82.4% yield of benzaldehyde glycol acetal was obtained.The refractive index of products is n20D=1.526 4.The results demonstrate that Ferric tri(dodecanesulfonate) is a good catalyst for preparation of benzylaldehyde ethylene glycol acetal,which owning the advantages such as simple post-treatment procedure,non-toxic and green features.
