摘要
为提高纳米颗粒在聚合物中的分散性,使用丙烯酸(AA)等离子体聚合技术,在TiO2纳米粉体表面包覆均匀的有机聚合物薄膜。将AA等离子体改性纳米TiO2分散在乙二醇溶液中,与对苯二甲酸聚和获得了包含丙烯酸等离子体改性纳米TiO2的PET复合体。使用DSC法研究了AA等离子体表面改性纳米TiO2粉体对PET复合体结晶性能的影响。结果表明,AA等离子体包覆处理增加了PET复合体的结晶速率,缩短了结晶周期,降低了结晶活化能,使晶粒分布变窄、结晶更完整。
In order to improve the dispersion of TiO2 nanoparticles in PET polymer,a uniform film was uniformly coated on the surfaces of TiO2 nanoparticles by plasma polymerization of acrylic acid(AA).In this research,AA coated TiO2 nanopartiles were dispersed in ethylene glycol solution.Then AA coated TiO2/PET composite were obtained by copolymerization.DSC was used to investigate the effect of AA coated TiO2 nanoparticles on the crystal behavior of PET fuse.The results showed that AA plasma treatment process increased the crystal rate,decreased the crystal cycle and reduced the activation energies of TiO2/PET nanocomposites,as well as made the size distribution of PET crystal narrower and the crystal structure more integrated.
